lifting first layer
First layer lifts as it's put down. If i can make it up a couple layers then no problem.

I had the same issue with my CR10S Pro with PLA. Turned out my z offset had changed at some point so when I dialled it in correctly again it was perfect. Mine was slightly too high.
I don’t know if you use Klipper or not, I do with mainsail & I just babystepped it on a test print until it didn’t do that.
Had to redo my mesh afterwards but it’s been fine since. If you’ve not already tried this I’d do it first as it’s most likely cause.
