this is a bug with the shader in question, not being able to handle fog behind translucents

removed only texturepack that affects glass texture, still broke

i've confirmed no fog behind glass is intended
i don't know what black magic is happening for optifine to not have that
however, may i interest you in bliss, an edit that has a bunch of these bugs fixed
