How bad are these and where should I start?
I am assuming I have belt issue due to that middle peak. Trying to figure out reading these graphs. Where should I start.

the 125hz area is something rattling on your toolhead area, look for loose screws. For me this was 2 major things (working thru this as well). My rapido heatbreak screws were loose (tested by touching bottom of hotend while running and hearing the rattling stop) and my 4028 fan mount had failed and cracked where it connects on the bottom

yup, those are them!
You can see how loose mine got. This is over a years worth of wear that these got loose from though
