Hey can somebody gime some tips on how to improve pls?
I'm a iron uh 1 (def not with 0 rr lol), any tips?
My setup:

and I'm doing it every 2 days or so. Is it effective and would you guys recc any other routine?

Dont spray
If your like me and not good at tap fire try hold shooting then stopping like a burst
Shoot 3 times then stop

I would suggest use a agent that has solo queue potential and not dependent on teamate like omen,sova,reyna etc
2) make ur aim better by practising
3) dont blame teammates
as i saw ur tracker u really lacks in killing opponents
so fix it

Its mostly like practice that you need, I started about 3 months ago and im visible getting much better
its okay and aim training matters a lot at all stages

i got 2% headshot rate
the more you play the better, i'd focus on tap firing and burst firing as those are very important to improving
Also, the way you hold angles, make sure you are always aiming head-height (i know this is something that pretty everyone says but trust me, everyone says it for a reason)
But yeah, burst firing and tap firing, practice those, if you want to spray, do it when they're like 5-8 feet away from you
long ranges, tap firing and burst firing
and also counter-strafing

As someone who was hardstuck iron for 2 years. Iron is basically aim duel/dodging Smurfs

burst is 3 bullets
Is burst a few and tap 1?
tap is a single bullet at a time
Bursts = multiple bullets tap firing is one or 2

Iron is full of Smurfs
the reason why ppl burst fire or tap fire is bc if they miss their first bullets, they can reset their aim and shoot again, dont go burst firing too far above their heads and continue to aim in the same spot, just shoot, if you miss then you readjust quickly, and shoot again

also spraying is never good in valorant since the spray is very randomized and hard to hit especially from a farther distance

I seem I've been using vand cos most ppl Ik use it and I'm tryna get used to it however I think I'm better with phantom

phantom is better accuracy and easier to control when spraying,
only does 140 damage to the head from far distances
vandal does more damage, spray is random/hard to control,
does 1 shot kills to head from any distance
Reyna is the best
Rlly? I used to main Reyna but I prefer omen

Reyna is someone that is very easy to use in low elo bc she has a blind, can heal after kills, and can run away instantly after a kill using a dismiss
Reyna allows u to take gunfights with massive rewards
This will help u improve ur fights and aim

now i get like 160-250 fps
