For us to help you solve the problem you are having with Iris, we need to know some details about it. Most importantly, we need your game logs and crash log if there is one. Please don't truncate your logs as relevant information may be contained in places you don't expect.
If you need help installing Iris or using the Iris installer, explain what you have managed to do so far and where you are stuck. If possible, screenshots of something you don't understand are helpful too. If you have general non-support questions, check you the FAQ linked below or otherwise ask them in #iris-discussion.
- What happened? What is the problem you are facing? Explain it in enough detail that somebody else can understand it.
- Provide Screenshots of the F3 debug screen.
- Provide game logs and crash logs.
