hi is it necessary to use a backlash with the oldham coupler... for the z-ax for the minion

But the black peace thats mounted to the x-rail whats connect to the z-ax is that doing the same like a spring
thats something else
completely different thing
you dont need a spring with a oldham coupler on the minion

do you have this?
and then there is this
you can only have one of these items, not both at the same time
you cant jsut swap them out
you need to create a mount for it if you want to use a oldham coupler
its a different desgin
so what are you even up to?
