No reboot with attached fly-sht 42USB

Hi all, I´m running into an issue I am not able to fix. If I reboot the Raspberry, the Raspbi shuts down, but does not reboot. I have to disconnect the USB (mostly the one from the fly-sht 42) to get the Raspbi boot again. Any idea how to fix that?

No, also never heard about this problem before I use a sht42 myself, no such problem

That only happens if I choose the Reboot shown there. If I shutdown, switch it off afterwards and then switch on, this issue never happens.

Okay, to shed some light on this issue: Following observations:

I use a powered USB hub and the Octopus V1.1 sends acitve power to the hub. Can see that, because I have switches on this hub to deactivate single ports. As long the Octopus is connected to the hub, the Raspberry Pi won´t boot because of active hub and power provided by the board: https://medium.com/for-linux-users/why-your-raspberry-pi-4-wont-boot-3d93e629acea

If you use a USB hub, read this before your next reboot

Changes on my side: I clipped off the +5V from the USB cable from the hub towards the Raspbi. I switched from SD-Card to a SSD. Octopus is directly connected to the Raspbi on USB3 port Hub is connected to USB2 port. There we have now the Fly SHT42 and my 2 cams USB-SSD is connected to the 2nd USB3 port. Now and just now the reboot works.

How strange Good to know
I clipped off the +5V from the USB cable from the hub towards the Raspbi.
That part alone is probably what did it, i'm just not sure why it wouldn't boot when power is flowing back from one of the USB port. A reboot doesn't require a power down. I would expect the same issue when powering via USB-C or GPIO no? Makes no sense to me lol.

...but that was exactly the problem. I tried all possible variations, before cutting the red wire, nothing worked out. Just not tested a passive USB hub, because I don´t have one, just a handful of powered ones and with all of them I ran into the same issues. The Octopus needs to get connected directly and all other stuff can be connected to the powered hub now without issues. btw... even the fan on the Raspi did not start running if this issue happens. Really strange...
