Urgent Help Needed Account Verification

I have been using this Railway account for the past few months and I also had my account verified. But suddenly I am getting an error that says "Starter Plan Maxed Out". Inside the billing settings, it is showing me that I haven't verified my account. On clicking on verification I am not able to verify. Please help.
