Developer Plan
I've been hosting a full stack project on Railway for a couple of months now and just recently switched to the developer plan.
I'm just uncertain how the billing works. So everyone get a free 500hours and $5. I've always exceeded the 500 hour mark but always spend $2-3 each month.
With the developer plan I understand you get unlimited hours however if I never spend $5 worth of resources each month, will the cycle just continue as if I was on the free plan but with unlimited hours?

Correct! If you use $5 or less, you'll never be charged.
Great, this might be a stupid question, but does the resource rate increase with developer plan? I believe you get access to more RAM and CPU.
