Deploying this repo

I used to be able to easily deploy this repo but I retried today and it doesn't work no matter how much I change the configs. https://github.com/Lambdo-Labs/payloadcms-astro-template

Brianb suggested setting up a Rails app via the "template" they have on file. It failed, but gave an error which could be worked with.

it's worth noting that the backend doesn't have a start script in package.json
