Help me understand what my Input Shaper graphs are telling me

First of all, unlike most people here I'm using Duet hardware with RRF, so these graphs will be different but hopefully someone can still intemperate them and get something out of it. The image with an maximum amplitude of 0.030 is without any IS active, the other is with "ZVDD" on at 56Hz. Can someone read something from these graphs? I've asked this question on the Duet forum, but I thought that maybe someone here would understand and could tell me something about them that's relevant to my type of printer (VCore3 400).
