Nuxt dev command failing for new project

Has anyone encountered this problem before? I have just created a new project and when I run pnpm dev, I get this error. I am using version 3.3.1 which is the latest release. I have also tried to update my existing project to the latest version and I am getting the same error. I will really appreciate any help.
