Default checked when using BulkAction in Table Builder
I'm displaying 10 items on the table, and I want some of the items to be checked by default when the page is loaded.

After I click the "Save", and I hit refresh, those items should be checked by default.

That’s just not how bulk actions work. The rows that are checked aren’t going to be persisted after refreshing the page. That aren’t part of the state. They are simply used to denote with records to perform the bulk action on.
