You might find these helpful:
- Developer plan
- Multiple accounts
- Can I have an account for a project and a personal account?

I wasn't aware that you couldn't do this on the trial plan? have you linked github to your railway account?
Yes, the error:
do you need the railway project to be public?
(that error would be the same on dev plan too)
Yes, I wanted it to be public. It's a strange error, so I can't link my github private to deploy my public site even paying?
linking a private github repo to a public project, might want to read that sentence out loud a few times lol, its a valid error
If I don't want to expose the code of my repository but if we use github privately in the company I can't use railway.
Why does my code have to be exposed too in order to deploy a site with you?
it sounds like you want the teams plan, since you mentioned a company
that way you can add team members and they will have access to the project without making the project public
oh sorry, i'm confused. Exposing the project is different from publishing the site. I assumed it was the same. Sorry.
you can have a private project and then just generate a domain for it, that domain will be publicly accessible but your project wont
but if your company uses railway you definitely want a teams plan
