Verify via Payment Method
I have two questions about account verification.
First, "Your GitHub Can't Be Verified" is displayed and GitHub integration (link?) is not possible. Why? It's been two weeks since I created my GitHub account, is it still not enough? Also, is it possible to personally apply to allow GitHub integration (link?)?
Secondly, it says “Verify via Payment Method”, but does this require payment? I thought there would be a $1 payment, am I wrong? Will there be any special payment?

your github account needs to be like a year old for it to be considered old enough
you still get the free 5 dollars a month if you verify a payment method, so if you keep your project under 5 dollars a month then it should still be free
it's better to verify with a payment method anyway - it removes the 500 hour restriction
thank you. Is it correct to assume that neither account authentication nor usage fee (if monthly limit is set) will be charged?
they make a 1$ charge and refund it, also there is no limit
