Availability issues
In the past few days we have been experience some issues with the availability of Novu. I'll shortly summarise the issues:
1. Load times in the dashboard seem very high and filtering does not always show correct results. I attached a video on loading times. We sent out around 2k notifications in the past week.
2. Some trigger requests are not being handled. An example is a request made at 2023-03-14 10:49:32.483169 (UTC+1). We know that our logic is correct in triggering a call to Novu.
3. Sentry also reports a number of 502 errors which occurred this morning when I tried to sync some users
I hope this helps you in figuring out these issues. I am happy to provide more details if needed. It would be nice if you could post something in general to notify us whenever this occurs and to keep us updated with any fixes etc.

Few more users are experiencing huge delay

Thanks for this @kristofdt . Would you mind to record a video with the Dev Tools Network tab open to see which calls to the API are the slowest so we have an investigation point start? Your case is a pretty good one because of the volume you have and could help us to detect problems in the API calls.
I want to know which ones are the slowest for you and review the flows.

branch based in the information you provided. From the video I guess you are using our Cloud solution, so expect to land in the forthcoming version (v.0.13.0).@pablo.fernandez.otero is this issue fixed in 0.13.0 ?
Several improvements have been addressed code wise and infra wise to improve the experience of the Cloud users.
