Layer bulging
Hi folks,
I just noticed that my print shows severe layer bulging of individual layers.
I noticed that on this print, it only happens when there are no additional features like those screw holes and hooks. The bulged layers follow the entire perimeter around the object.
My setup ist:
- V-Minion
- Orbiter 2.0
- pretty much standard SS profile
- PLA at 100% fan
- PA is tuned for this spool
- SuperSlicer 2.5.59.2
anyone has an idea what could be the issue here?

Always roughtly at the same hight? If so z screw might be binding.
Other idea, look in slicer preview for print speed/features, changes in acceleration/speed does it match the lines?
