Hey guys, yeah in this version handling Landscapes are a bit messy unfortunately, but all issues that have been addressed are fixed in the next release(coming soon).
This sculpting problem though I haven't encountered yet.
Did you scatter on a landscape that you generated and then sculpting become unresponsive?
The snapping to corner could be this:

Near Clip is project dependent so could be that.
I was able to reproduce this error on my end with setting near clip to a small value. (I'm on UE 5.1)

Although the foliage disappearing is a bit weird, it's unrelated to corner stuck brush, because I still have my foliage that I painted

We don't touch the landscape itself, just query its mesh data, so it's most likely some Unreal related weirdness.
