Different mesh on each measurement

Hi guys, I'm getting different mesh on each measurement. I noticed that because the z-offset during each print was different, and looking into the heightmap section I see that the mesh was under the bed. After a few measurements I raised the mesh level...I tightened the screw of the pinda, but nothing changed. Obviously I started measure when a pre-heat. Suggestions?

A detail previously omitted: those measurements was in order: the first one was under the bed and from the second onward near the bed.

mesh looks flat enough....just re-run a probes zero calibration
