Can't access developer resources after purchasing $5 credit plan

I recently purchased a $5 credit plan to try out railway's developer plan resources while capping my expenditure. However, I noticed that it shows I am still on the starter plan. Only after upgrading to a subscription developer plan does it show my $5 credits.
