I purchased the Admiral Overlay for my xbox and its not working correctly
I activated the overlay and linked my twitch account. The only thing on the overlay that pops up is the is the follower and subscriber widget etc. I type in the commands in my chat for the Webcams and Chat widget and dont get anything either. Can someone point me in the right direction, im doing all of this off of my iPad

Have you tried to logout and back Into overlay experts and what browser are you using?
I think maybe the chat commands for this overlay still begin with
/ instead of !. @Icy_Snowman3, can you customize the overlay and edit the chat and webcam layers so that the visibility chat toggle command begins with a !?It says I could customize it but not sure on what I’m so supposed to do on that end
I did log in and log back out it acts like it wants to work but just stops
Do as marc suggested your commands may still be using slash instead of ! which twitch has reserved. Go into the visibility tab and make sure the toggle on message doesn't use a / if it does change it to something like ! @Icy_Snowman3
So I double-checked and this overlay has the correct commands so it should be working

I am live but I’m running a overlay from streamlabs console right now. I am off a iPad Google chrome won’t allow you to go to twitch dashboard and I have to use safari and it would bring the boarder or anything g up beside the sub and follows widgets
You have to go into desktop mode on Google Chrome
Did you purchase the animated version?
I did, it doesn’t give me a option to login in just open in app

login streams live on Twitch! Check out their videos, sign up to chat, and join their community.
Animated overlays use WebM videos which isn't currently supported in iOS so you won't see the overlay, but other viewers will see it
We're still working on supporting iOS and Safari for animated overlays

You can try activating the extension using the Xbox Browser
Less than 5% of viewers use Safari so 95% of your viewers will still see your overlay. If you really want to see your overlay too, I'd suggest getting a non-animated overlay.
