XP not being awarded to a specific user
Hey so my friend reach level 19 but his xp keeps getting stopped, I tried giving him a few extra xp to see if it would start back up again. So it gave him a few more but stopped again. Does xp just stop at a certain point every day?

can you show your leveling config?

He’s still stuck anything I might’ve done wrong?
are you sure the bot has access to the channel where they are sending messages?
i.e. has View Channel permission
also how are you checking their level?

@almeida so the issue was somewhat fixed. It’ll work but stop every once in a while?
are you sure they arent just gaining the top leveling role? it is also listed as a no xp role
