Account permanent suspension for no reason
Could you get banned from people spam reporting after a lucky game? My account was permanently suspended due to the use of "Third-party software" . There has been no use of a third-party software on my PC other than Medal. So I see no reason that I have been banned for the usage of a Third-party software. These images were taken after the good games and I was proud of myself for doing good after a while. However during that Brimstone Fracture game, I made some crazy shots that would be considered suspicious because It was crazy good and was reported for shooting through smokes and getting kills. So Is it true that you could get perma-banned for being suspicious on using a Third-party software when in fact there wasn't any use of a Third-party software and only lucky shots were made?

Vanguard detected a third party program and banned you. Nothing we can do here

I play on default settings and i dont play stretched
Funny part is there wasnt any third party software. Im only speculating that i have been banned due to suspicious shots i made during the game which may lead to my perma suspension

Then either i was hacked and someone blatantly cheated on my account or it was a false ban due to spam reports
1. False bans don’t just happen, Vanguard is good at this and does block apps that have insecure drivers (some mouse/keyboard and overclocking software get blocked for example).
2.Spam reports don’t get players banned otherwise trolls would dominate this game and make it unplayable.
3. You are responsible for the security of your own account, Riot gives you 2FA and does email login approval codes if a new IP tries to log in..?
I would have gotten bad midgame if I were to be using a third party software which I wasn't. I played 3 - 4 full games and wasn't banned during that time. There was no "insecure drivers" as I have used the same setup since act 1 and this has been the only time that happened. Never used an overclocking software either during my experience on playing Valorant on my own PC so I would not speculate that. Spam reports gives the indication to Riot or the anti cheat to see through the game and look for any suspicious gameplay (If I'm not mistaken) and surely enough there were 2 plays that would heavily indicate suspicion on my gameplay. I am responsible for my account and I have initiated 2FA with the email login code each time for an account login. There is no chance to pass through this security without a login code. Which I don't think others have access to my email either.
appeal the ban
I got a permaban for the same reason like 2 months ago but still nothing, they keep saying the same thing over and over in my tickets so yeah

because rarely do appeals for third party software get accepted
Bruh, banning innocent players with integrity through false bans and spam of reports is not the way to go. Especially when they don't tell you the specifications for this "Third-party software". I understand in a developer's perspective but I had a decent run. From act 2 till act 5, I have been on immortal lobbies and this has been the only time I been Perma'd because of 2 plays that I made (In which I wish I recorded but Medal wasn't working). I believe as well during those plays I was spam reported by the enemy team because of my "suspicious gameplay" which was legitimately played by myself and without the use of any third-party software.

Again, spam reports don’t work. You won’t get banned for getting “spam reported”. Vanguard found a third party program running in the background that tried to interacted with valorant.
guess ill be staying banned for running nothing in the background 🤷
