Why wont it open anymore
I downloaded v2 because mine said the token wasnt found. I redownloaded it but the installer wont start nor will it open

are you sure an antivirus software is not blocking it?
Yes Im sure because I could download mechakeys v.1
v2 is an entirely different application.

open the run window with windows key + r and type %appdata%, it will open the folder roaming, then navigate through the mechakeys folder, the userData folder and copy the mecha.log file and send it to Halu.
when going into the mechakeys folder there is so mecha.log file for me
theres mecha and userConfig
user config just says this {
