Gaps in print after enclosing
After enclosing my printer I'm seeing some gaps in straight line extrusions.
Polymaker ASA at 260°C/105°C
Enclosure temp is around 48°C
Orbiter 2.0 + Phaetus Rapido UHF
Extruder is driven from a BTT EBB36 toolboard (reading MCU temp around 67°C)
Filament path is a 1.5 meter long, 2.5mm ID clear Bowden tube, no kinks and seems to have fairly low drag when moving filament by hand
I've only noticed this with ASA so far, and I never tried to print ASA without the enclosure, so maybe it's not really due to enclosing the printer.

hmm, i see some holes, maybe wet filament explosions

Could be. I haven't usually had problems with this ASA taking on moisture.
I printed it a bunch on my Prusa MINI and never saw this sort of thing
or partial adhesion issues
All the holes seem to have a pattern of where the extrusion just prior seems to have issues, then the hole, then it seems fine. Perhaps just heat up the extruder in mid-air and extrude some long lengths to see if any issues seem apparent (popping, changing of profile extruded/blobs/etc).
Not sure it'd be an issue of filament diameter inconsistency, unless someone it is getting choked up and the extruder has to force a blob through or something
