❔ I should develop an app for windows and macos but i don't know how to do this

Hello, today i started my first internship, but in my company i m the only dev and as a project i have to develop a invoicing app compatible with macos and windows. After several searches I turned to winform apps but after this i want to add ado.net to my project because the database is stored in a distant server Sorry for my bad english

Well, Winforms is Windows-only, so You'll need a cross-platform UI framework like Avalonia Also, do yourself a solid, and use Dapper instead of ADO

whats the point of an internship as a dev if there is noone to teach you? iirc with some workarounds you can get winformsapps to run on mac/linux via mono
