I also installed the .NET thing but i cant choose it, one screenshot is from a tut and other one shows what i see, idk what to do

And what workloads have you installed? You can check that by opening the app 'Visual Studio Installer'

If you have .NET 7 SDK installed, VS 2019 doesn't support it So that could be it
