and no, it is not possible to change bots profile pictures per server
can you show your leveling config

are you positive the bot has Manage Roles permission and has a role above all of the xp roles?
and that you have stack xp roles enabled, meaning only the highest reward will be assigned to the users, the lower ones will be removed once they reach the higher ones
