Is there any way to remove this text?
It's kinda annoying like if any other bot's prefix is ! then if anyone uses that bot's any command pepe manger sends this text.

yes, can you send your server id?
that happens because
rank is a valid pepe manager command, and ! was the prefix that was set on that server
i can manually change the prefix to make it not reply913627712361480282
