Gaps at the seams

Hi! I have been getting these gigantic gaps at the seams (aligned), can somebody point me to which settings I should fiddle with? Filament: DAS PETG SuSl with standard RR settings for 0.2 mm HF and Generic PETG at 245° C.

Currently in the same boat. Everything else is perfect though seams on my Minion are even wider than this.. PA changes dont help

Same here. Been battling this since day one. Still no better no matter what settings I change.

I know you're saying PA changes don't help, but this is definitely PA. Probably a factor of 10 or more. be sure your use the functions for direct drive and not bowden

had the same issue with a bigger nozzle. be sure to set the correct nozzle size in klipper and your slicer! in SuSl seam gap -> 0 retract on layer change -> off wipe while retract -> off tune your PA. PETG is a lot more viscose than PLA and ASA. It needs higher PA. with a 0.4mm nozzle I would assume 0.07 - 0.09, but it depends on your setup. For bigger nozzles you need less.

Same problem with petg, PA at 0.055, orbiter, rapido UHF with .6 nozzle, retraction at 1mm. If I set PA at 0 it gets better, but i loose sharp corner. Anyone have other settigs to test?
