People are typing in the chat, and we don't get any XP.
Can you show your leveling config?
/config check(Leveling was enabled and it still didn't give xp
Does the bot have access to the channels where they are sending messages
Also, how are you checking if they're getting xp?
I typed /rank and after 5 mins of chatting
no xp
gained
