Over extruded overhangs but only in some places
Hello #fix-my-print gurus !!
3do ASA, using the regular profile in SuSl with 5% extra cooling for overhangs, 255° temp, 115 bed (105 does not stick well to PEI) , 100mm/s, 0.3mm layer ,VC500 Rapido HF 0.4 nozzle.
The overall print looks excellent, except a single place where the overhang is a bit over extruded, looks like it, but the other identical side is perfect......
See pics for reference.....
Does it need to go slower on overhangs or more cooling ?

Slower or more cooling depending on the chamber temperature, you could also play with the orientation of the parts, 45° often puts overhangs better in the airflow of the part cooling duct than straight on the bed
chamber temp is around 55-60 deg, i'll test more cooling on the overhangs / slow it down more as well
