It won’t let me use the purge command
I own this server, I tried giving myself manage messages in the channel

I also made sure it has manage messages permissions
You need to have manage message perms for your role
I do
I have manage message permissions in my role and on the channel
Pepe manager has manage message permissions as well

can you try enabling the View Channel permission as well

My server is having the same issue. Not even the admins or owner can use it. And yes, everyone involved (bot included) has manage messages perms.
