Why can't I or my viewers see my overlay over my stream?
If you or your viewers cannot see your overlay over you stream, try the following:
1. If you have yet to install the Overlay Expert Twitch Extension, activate it, or configure it by clicking on the gear and choosing an overlay, see walkthrough videos https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=overlay+expert.
2. If you activated the extension while streaming live, try refreshing your browser.
3. If you or your viewers are watching from the Twitch App, mobile browser, or platform other than PC, see https://discord.com/channels/183961840928292865/1039310153167679569.
4. If you or your viewers are watching your past broadcasts, VODs or clips, see https://discord.com/channels/183961840928292865/1039310453676986498.
5. If you or your viewers are watching from PC, and still cannot see your overlay, see https://discord.com/channels/183961840928292865/1039311635380187266.
