Vue 3 library, issues with SSR

Does anyone know something about importing an vue 3 library into nuxt 3? it doesn't seem to server side render my components, is this a nuxt config setup? or should we do something in our library? Its when im making html based on props (eg. array)

import { LaitBreadcrumb } from "@lait/lait-frontend-library/components/LaitBreadcrumb";
import { LaitBreadcrumb } from "@lait/lait-frontend-library/components/LaitBreadcrumb";
takes an array of
export interface IBreadcrumbLink {

disabled: boolean;
to: string;
}
