Huge lag spikes after upgrading to 1.19.3
Getting huge lag spikes after upgrading to 1.19.3. Screenshots with and without DH in the mod folder:

The 1.19.3 port should be exactly the same as the 1.19.2 version
Could you just check if this is exclusive to 1.19.3 or if it happens in 1.19.2 as well
I used all of the same mods in 1.19.2 for weeks and it worked fine So if DH couldn't be it, I tried some other mod combinations to see what 1.19.3 mod didn't like DH anymore. I thought I figured out it was iris, until I did a last check with all my mods again. I didn't experience any major spikes anymore, so fixed I guess?
I figured it out, it is DH. I played for weeks with horizontal scale to 24, but now I get lag spikes with anything above 12.
You only have 2gb of RAM allocated. Increase that.
Increase RAM to 4gb at least. Literally shows in the last screenshot your RAM maxing out, that would cause a lag spike.

Stuff about multi-treading wasn't the problem for me, i just forgot to up the ram usage of minecraft again like king mentioned.
