like Stream Stickers and other things that need i think its called a key to overlay expert?

Currently, layers can only be toggled on/off, or show for a specified time with chat commands. There isn't really a way to replicate something like Stream Stickers, but we are looking into adding similar functionality to Overlay Expert.
