V-minion - Bed heater sometimes not working; move bed a bit and it works again (sometimes)

I got the full kit a while ago and have put 430hrs of printing on this thing. I now get 'Heater heater_bed not heating at expected rate'. Observations: - heater bed is at 100% but the bed doesn't get warm and finally it stops with the error above - when I wiggle the heater cables a bit while it's still at 100% sometimes heating starts and then the print finishes successfully - during the print, the bed heater goes to 100% for a short period from time to time, as if the bed cools down due to bad connection. Usually bed heat is around 30% percent. It seems to be the bed heater has a loose connection. Any advise?

You probaply have a cable break in the Heater Cable at some hard edge.

Thanks, looks like a great solution. So for you it broke where the cables are attached to the bed sled? Seems like the most likely place. Could you share what exact cable you used? Is the bed wago holder available somewhere?

Update: I managed to (temporarily?) fix the issue by cutting the part of the cable that had a loose connection. I cut the cable around where it's attached to the bed and could pull out some strands of wire. The length of the strands told me where the loose connection should be so I cut that out and connected it again using the wago mod above. This got me printing again and so far I didn't have any errors due to bed heating, but I'm seeing again the pattern of bed heat spiking to 100% (see screenshot). Is this normal?
