Anyone willing to try and tackle this one?

LUL apart from the weird grand canyon, the overall mesh is similar to what i've had every time i've probed it, be it with a Bltouch or the new inductive probe i have now I've not checked if the bed plate is measurably flat in the corner where it dips hard, so it could just be it being bent slightly

the profile of your bed likely isn't bad (green), i bet you have a jam or damage on your X axis rail, or you're bumping something at that one X point (yellow)

sounds fairly plausible the tallest point is probably proximity to a iron screw throwing it off so that's not concerning, neither is the deep valley either honestly, imo on a 500 bed a 1mm deviation is not horrendeus, though not optimal and i'll try and get rid of it eventually the grand canyon however... maybe something got stuck or such as you say, after i'm done resonance tuning i'll run a bed mesh again and see if the result is the same the printer is also halfway between a 3.0 to 3.1 upgrade, so i'll take the X gantry apart soon and will check the rails then in case

Yeah, the overall variation isn't a huge deal on a 500, and would get only better if that canyon was fixed the biggest worry is trying to print and something is either throwing off the motion (and there is a real dip in the toolhead there) or if it doesn't actually exist and tries to compensate, it might actually scrape the bed

and that geometry would be rather visible on parts aswell LUL be fair, we are talking about a 0.1mm difference between the top and bottom of the canyon, not huge, but enough at short enough a distance that it might cause some issues
