Bed or frame?
Does this look like a frame or a bed issue? It's a 330x330 5mm aluminium bed with a textured PEI magnetic surface. It looked fairly straight until I had to replace the heater. Measured with a SuperPINDA.

if the four corners are level any other bowing is bed or gantry
If the corners are off its the frame. BUT....
if your Y rails are not flat this could be an issue as well.
Like the video.... if you tightened each end then the middle of your Y linear rails you could induce bowing.
