Deployment unreachable - but all indicators are green
Hello all, love railway!
Today I had my first bad experience in a month of using the product. Suddenly our deployment of a very simple API connected to our domain became unreachable - there were no errors or indicators, logs or alarms anywhere. In fact, everything was green and Active on the dashboard.
Once a user complained - but it took a few hours - we redeployed the last snapshot and the API was reachable again.
Any idea of what happened? And how to prevent this from happening again?

Not sure. There were dB issues over the last few days are you using an external db?

So this was a few hours before you deployed?
I don't know what's the timezone of the displayed times....
The last deployment was done a day ago - and was running fine until 4-5 hours ago
If it is indeed connected then it is worrisome that there were no alerts or indications of an incident affecting my deployment
