Suddenly starting to lost connection to my redis and mysql services

Lost connection to MySQL server at 'handshake: reading initial communication packet', system error: 110 Error connecting to Redis on containers-us-west-18.railway.app:5618 (Redis::TimeoutError)

Hmmm, not great. Can you try restarting your DBs, click into them and then type restart.
