What template should be created to be able to edit files?
I previously created a forum with a question -> <#1049723525516251136>. And now, after drawing up the developer’s plan, I want to find out what template I need to create so that I can save the video to these 100GB - send it to whoever needs it and delete it, and also use the database as a file (SQLite3)

You don't need to create a template. You need to create a database and a service that has a frontend, accesses the database and allows the user to download the videos.
There are no templates for that, you'll have to create your project yourself
Also it's worth noting that if you aren't getting any responses on your help threads, don't post identical messages three days in a row. Reword the question and you may get better answers
