WAY too close to the bed this is the filament, squeezing out at the sides bec you are too close

print a 150x30x0.2mm object and change z-offset until you get a smooth surface

And then print cubes and adjust flow until the top looks good. Then adjust z-offset again

i got wavey lines once because i slammed my nozzle into the bed which warped the shape of the nozzle hole replacing the nozzle fixed the isssue along with making sure the nozzle was the correct distance away
