Q: I get no Extrusion after the Primeline
A: Your Slicer and RatOS have to be both on Relative or Absolute Extrusion. RatOS standard is absolute, the standard of the SuperSlicer Profiles is relative, so change one of those.
addendum: This should already be fixed in PrusaSlicer https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/pull/9220
