Can't build my Django project.

I saw tutorial on Youtube which I followed. I created Procfile (see attached photos) and requirments.txt and also runtime.txt. Still I cannot deploy my project, build failed. when I see the logs, it says that "Nixpacks was unable to generate a build plan for this app". Please help me to resolve this. I understand that I am quite new in the railway..
