Can't build my Django project.
I saw tutorial on Youtube which I followed. I created Procfile (see attached photos) and requirments.txt and also runtime.txt.
Still I cannot deploy my project, build failed. when I see the logs, it says that "Nixpacks was unable to generate a build plan for this app".
Please help me to resolve this. I understand that I am quite new in the railway..

woow, thank you very much. Now it says not valid utf-8 formating..
May I want to convert my requirements, into utf-8 formatting. I generated this file, using pip freeze > reqs.txt
