Plan not updating
We ran out of our starter credits for the month and upgraded our plan. I'm not the one with the credit card, but the person who has it says they upgraded our plan. I still see "Starter Plan Maxed Out" and our services are still paused.

i'm not sure, i know i'm the one that created it
so maybe i do
but now i can't even log into the dashboard
i logged out and back in to check if maybe it was just something cached with my session
i'm stuck in a loop where it shows me the login modal, i click the github button, it looks like it tries, and then back to the modal again
If you’re the account that created the project then the processing cost and hours will be taken out of your account.
If you’re working with someone on the project and they upgraded their account, it wont affect your billing. You’ll still be stuck on the starter plan

is there a way i can transfer the project over to the other person?
I believe so, under the project settings
Not on my pc at the moment, but it’ll likely be in the same area as where you added the other member as a contributor
incognito mode or a different browser?
incognito mode worked
so i'm just blowing away all my browsing data
Gotcha, might also want to restart your pc. Have had people get similar errors that are fixed with a restart
clearing the browsing data fixed it
