If they were restricted due to AFKing, they'd have comp bans or it'd tell them their account is restricted from playing until a certain date. However, this is not the case and it says their account is locked. This usually happens if someone attempted to log into your account and failed or if suspicious activity occurs on your account.

I found out the reason so I had 535 dollars spent on the game but my bank refunded it so i have to pay it back and once I do that I should have it back insta
