I can't refund again, why cant I?
I refunded a skin while ago (2 months) and I want to refund something i bought yesterday but It won't allow me to. In the image attached, It shows that

even if u used it one time,they wont give it
i took non-upgradable skin and just used in dm for fun,and went to return it,there was no option,
they even tell when u used ,which agent u took
