Trying to understand pricing...
Is there a better way to understand pricing other than https://docs.railway.app/reference/pricing ?
I'm looking to host:
App 1 - production - postgres+server for Next.js
App 1 - dev environment - postgres+server for Next.js
App 2 - dev environment - postgres+server for Next.js/Node.js
I'm assuming prod/dev for one project do not share resources? Dev usage would be very low so not too concerned about that.
Is Postgres billed extra from app server?

Hey there, so we have a few options.
1. We have an estimator here: https://railway.app/pricing
2. Deploy the project, Railway is entirely self selve and the free plan is made for you to get a good read on cost.

Railway is an infrastructure platform where you can provision infrastructure, develop with that infrastructure locally, and then deploy to the cloud.
You assumption here is correct. Each env gets their own deploys.
and each service incurs cost.
